Each year, The Joy School hosts a very special luncheon that features a nationally recognized guest speaker who covers a specific educational topic. This event brings together a community of people from inside as well as outside our school community. Our guests include parents and families, many heads of schools, speech pathologists, teachers from both public and private schools, and educational professionals. We are proud to have had guest speakers such as Dr. Ned Hallowell, Dr. JoAnn Deak, Rick Lavoie, Eric Jensen and Dr. Jerome Rosner. Funds raised from the luncheon benefit the School’s Student Financial Aid Fund and operating budget. We are most appreciative of our many underwriters and supporters. A big thank you also goes out to all of our volunteers that helped make this event possible.
