The Joy School is expanding the current building and adding a new multipurpose building.

Along with the physical expansion, we are increasing enrollment!

The new 11,000 square foot Mary and Dick Watt Activity Center and the expansion of our current building will include:

• Additional classrooms in both buildings, allowing for enrollment expansion
• Dedicated STEAM and makerspace
• Indoor eating space
• Indoor recess and PE space
• Private Speech and Language spaces
• Large multipurpose gathering hall
• Video and sound production room
• Expanded Fine Arts space
• Additional faculty and staff meeting spaces
• A larger, private, and more comfortable nurse’s clinic

We are thrilled to be expanding our reach in the Houston area and continuing to emulate how school should be.
