At The Joy School, we want kids to feel safe, seen and understood. We are more than just a school - we help students find JOY in learning again. The true cost of education, the way The Joy School does it, provides the benefits below that set us apart from every other institution.
Financial Aid Awards
We want children to benefit from a Joy School education, so we offer financial aid to help make The Joy School affordable for all families.
The Board of Trustees maintains a longstanding commitment of allocating 10% of each annual budget to providing financial aid, which currently equates to just over $800,000.
Each year, approximately 15-20% of our students receive some level of financial assistance.
For some families, financial aid nearly covers the full cost of tuition. For others, it bridges the gap between what the family can afford and the actual cost of tuition, making attendance at TJS possible. Tuition assistance, or scholarships, are need-based and do not require repayment.
Attending a parent tour is the best way to learn about The Joy School, is the first required step in the admissions process and will give you access to our online learning application.
